With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Adkins is a valued member of the Corky Wells Electric, Inc. group. Mr. Adkins is chief estimator for all types of projects including in the coal industries, waste water treatment facilities, cogeneration facilities, chemical plants, coal preparation facilities, commercial buildings, government facilities, hazardous waste facilities, hydroelectric facilities, nuclear facilities, petroleum facilities, and steel facilities.
Mr. Adkins worked for Nitro Electric Co. in Nitro West Virginia prior to his current position at Corky Wells Electric, Inc. Mr. Adkins began there as a draftsman, proceeding to the estimating department. After twelve years in estimating he was promoted to manager of the estimating department, where projects ranged up to $120,000,000 dollars in volume. He held that manager position for eighteen years.
