Senior Electrical Engineer/ Senior Programmer
Mr. Gwinn is a key member of both the CW Electric, Inc. Engineering and Programming departments. He has been affiliated with CW Electric, Inc. for approximately 9 years, during which time he has specialized in PLC and HMI Programming. Mr. Gwinn has also worked in circuit design and drawing in AutoCAD. He manages many of our internal work here at the office with Visual Basic programs, increasing CW Electric’s efficiency and allowing us to proceed with a higher volume of customers.
Mr. Gwinn began his career in Electrical Control System Design & PLC Programming in 1987 at Long Airdox Co., a mining equipment OEM. He has earned nearly 23 years of experience in this field and has also worked in IT department as Network and Phone System Administrator. Mr. Gwinn later worked as the sole electrical engineer for Robbins Co., an OEM for hard rock Tunnel Boring Machines, learning steel structure design and detailing.
